Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

Last updated March 26, 2026. These terms govern access to and use of the hosted SuperTurtle app and managed cloud service available through `app.superturtle.dev`.

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and SuperTurtle. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

SuperTurtle provides a hosted control plane and managed-cloud product for SuperTurtle, including account access, billing controls, managed runtime features, and related hosted services. The service is currently offered on an early-access basis and may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn at any time.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You may use the service only if you can form a binding agreement with us and comply with these terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.

4. GitHub authentication and account security

Access is currently provided through GitHub authentication. You are responsible for maintaining control of your GitHub identity, any linked credentials, and any device or browser session used to access the service. We may treat actions taken through your authenticated account as authorized by you.

5. Billing, subscriptions, and entitlements

Paid features, subscriptions, usage limits, and entitlements may change over time. We may modify pricing, package structure, feature availability, or eligibility rules at any time. Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your access to managed features may depend on active billing status, successful payment processing, and our current product configuration.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break the law, infringe the rights of others, interfere with the service, abuse third-party systems, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, evade limits, or process content you do not have the right to use.

We may investigate misuse and may remove content, suspend workflows, block access, or terminate accounts if we reasonably believe the service is being misused.

7. Service availability, interruptions, and changes

The service depends on hosted infrastructure and third-party providers. Availability may be affected by maintenance, outages, security events, provider failures, network conditions, capacity constraints, or product changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific response times, or data retention.

We may add, remove, pause, or modify any part of the service at any time, including managed runtime behavior, integrations, account flows, and billing-linked features.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we believe you have violated these terms, created risk for the service or other users, failed to satisfy payment obligations, or used the service in a way that could expose us or others to harm or liability.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided on an `as is` and `as available` basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or quiet enjoyment.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, available at any particular time, or compatible with your intended use.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SuperTurtle and its operators, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the service.

This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and includes losses caused by downtime, data loss, account compromise, managed runtime failures, output errors, third-party provider failures, or service changes, even if we were advised that such damages were possible.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page. Your continued use of the service after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
